Happy Rosh Hashanah

This year we celebrated the new year at home with Grandpa and Uncle Zach. This was a good thing as poor Micah threw up his apples and honey. After we cleaned him and the area up, he fell asleep on the couch. While he was sleeping, the rest of us enjoyed matzo ball soup, roasted chicken, veggies, and for dessert a Barefoot apple tart. This is the second time that I made this tart and it came out pretty good. Since I am using frozen puff pastry that folds out smaller than what Barefoot uses, I am still adjusting the amount of sugar and butter that I should use. It was a nice evening with the guys (with the exception of poor Micah not feeling well). We continue the celebration at Bubbe's house on Sunday... what's on the menu???
