2nd tooth

Micah's second tooth came out today at school during morning snack when he was eating a strawberry.  He went back to the office, where Anne pulled the left lateral incisor.  Micah was really excited and the tooth fairy visited and left $2 for his second tooth.  I wonder which tooth will be next???
